Challenge
Two established insurance industry leaders were merging to form a new entity. We needed to communicate their legacy as experts in the industry while developing a new story for a new brand. The team wanted to be known in the local community, tell their story while conveying a legacy of success, validate the brand as the industry expert, and achieve notoriety and accolades within their industry.
And now we continue to tell its story to the press as the company evolves and grows.
Strategy
Originally collaborating with founders and its six principals we crafted a campaign based on story; originally family owned and run, no corporate limitations, empowered teams now still lead with a history of success. Campaign includes a wide range of press releases, announcements, philanthropic events, awards campaigns, and community involvement. Within six-months of working together the media and insurance industry colleagues now go to Arrow for expert advice, interviews, quotes, and contributions. Its success in the press continues to thrive today.
