For the past 26 years, Joe Hamer has been a national award-winning hairstylist, educator and cutting-edge trendsetter. His position for world renowned hair product company Leonor Greyl, Paris, places him at the fashion forefront, constantly traveling the international runways.

Hamer relocated from San Francisco to Petaluma, CA and wanted to develop brand recognition in the area. When he was called to Hollywood for several high profile awards ceremonies, a love affair with the town and Hamer was born. This presented the perfect opportunity to convey – specifically to the North Bay Area audience – his work and celebrate all his achievements in LA and San Francisco.

We created a strategic campaign to position the Joe Hamer Salon as the place to go to get Hollywood glamour right here in the Bay Area.

Coverage of our message ran in a wide range of media outlets. Hamer became known locally as the “Hollywood Hair Guru.” Our “You don’t need to go to LA to get Hollywood hair” campaign resulted in complete awareness for his brand and style of work via print, television, radio and website traffic, resulting in significantly increased and new client visits to the salon.
